The Crab is a large territorial crustacean. When used in large numbers, they can be very threatening.
Overview[]
The crab can be a formidable enemy, however it is very easy to kill. It is not often used as in combat situations, due to this; more often, they are used as non-static scenery.
Behavior[]
When attacked, the Crab will lower its antennae and pause momentarily.
Tactics[]
The Crab is remarkably stupid. One hit will stun the crab, allowing for several more hits - however after a few seconds, it will continue to attack. But, being with more than 2 or 3 crabs may be somewhat harder and more dangerous.
Another popular method is to bounce on the crab's head. Not only does this stun it, but a few more jumps will kill it. This is also often used as a puzzle mechanic, allowing the player to reach higher places.
